Coaching is a partnership that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential through a thought-provoking and creative process. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is a process that aims to help clients achieve concrete goals, identify and overcome obstacles to well-being and performance, and build skills that may be interfering with their success.

Therapists are trained to directly address mental health concerns and may explore a patient’s emotions, childhood, or other past experiences in a way a coach would not.
Can I book an in-person session?
At this time all coaching sessions are done virtually.
